I spend my days talking with the Australian visual arts industry from artists, to art gallery managers to art dealers, to art educators.

In 2020 I found myself having conversations with artists about how to take the right next step in their career, and it dawned on me, I'd found my dream job.

Helping artists navigate the sector as an artist mentor is a perfect marriage of my passion for art that began when I was 12 and my decade's worth of experience in recruitment and human resources.
